I’m James. I build things with AI and write about what I learn. Not a studio, not an agency — one person with a portfolio, a philosophy, and an open door.

By day, I work as a service advisor at a Ford dealership in Rochester, NY. By night, I build trading systems, write philosophy, and construct the infrastructure to eventually make the day job optional. The gap between those two lives is the engine that drives everything here.

What I build

The trading bot (DrippyMM) runs 24/7 on Coinbase Advanced with real money. It finds its own pairs, manages its own risk, and documents everything publicly — including the $73 loss on the first version that proved the original approach was mathematically impossible. I didn’t hide that. I published it, rebuilt the system, and kept going.

The philosophy (Ling & Lucen) is a framework I’ve been developing for years — exploring coherence, division, and the structure of meaning. It started with a single Hebrew root word in Genesis and grew into something that informs how I think about everything: systems, relationships, work, and what it means to build honestly.

The reinterpretation (Sacrilegious Genesis) is published. A linguistic reading of Genesis through the original Hebrew, with an interactive explorer for every word. It’s the kind of project that only exists because I was willing to follow an obsession for months without knowing where it would lead.

How I work

AI is integral to everything I build. Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Gemini — not as gimmicks, but as genuine force multipliers. The bot, the dashboard, this website, the blog posts, the operational tooling. All built and maintained by one person with AI as a partner.

I don’t use AI to replace thinking. I use it to build faster than one person should be able to build, across more domains than one person should be able to span. The thinking is mine. The execution is multiplied.

Why in public

Most people show the highlight reel. I show everything — the losses, the bugs, the strategies that got scrapped, the fee math that forced a complete architecture rebuild. If the data can’t survive transparency, the project doesn’t deserve your attention. And if it can, then showing everything is the strongest possible proof that the work is real.
